This is the first in this series designed to help you get started with a yoga practice. The twenty minute session involves movement based on the floor mostly lying on the back. No equipment is needed unless you have a yoga mat or blanket to lie on. In addition to helping you get started with a yoga practice it is also a helpful sequence to learn and can be done anytime of the day and as a post-training sequence too.
