Private Classes

em Yoga offers private yoga tuition within your own home. Alternatively a studio environment can be offered. Private sessions are a great way to access your yoga whether you are a complete beginner or advanced practitioner. These sessions complement a regular home/studio practice and are structured and dedicated for your relationship with your yoga.

Corporate Classes

In the busy urban environment yoga can provide a space for one not just to build physical strength but also emotional and mental strength.  Yoga can prepare you for a busy week ahead, alleviate stress and be a key part in bringing equilibrium to the work life balance. Classes can be held within your work environment for 1-2-1’s and groups.

Small Groups

Small groups provide an informal yoga class where we can fine tune and develop your yoga amongst friends! Dependant on your preference this class can be held in a private studio, your own home or place of work. em Yoga offers you the chance to bring your spirit and commitment to your yoga mat, to commit to a practise that will benefit your physical and emotional body.
