As a teacher and student my excitement for what I know and have yet to learn keeps my work awakening,
balanced, fun and often in beautiful places on retreat from Bali to Mexico.  I now find myself with a practice
that has evolved immensely and includes an approach to my own practice with consideration, kindness and responsibility. This is what I wish and hope to share with you.

My belief is to always ask questions and to simplify your practice to that which serves you in that moment, 
on that day. Because I believe that the highest form of teaching is offered by how I show up for myself and others,
I strive to live with integrity, deep listening and lightness.

On completion of an RYS 200-hour Yoga teacher training course I wanted to continue learning and deepen my understanding of teaching.
