Mentoring – Why invest in this time?
Who can we share our concerns, questions and worries with and who is there to turn to for the support and nurturing needed as an individual within the yoga profession?
Training to be a yoga teacher can be in an intimate environment of five people or a large group of 70+ people, it can be local to your home or a long haul flight away. Yoga Teacher Trainings vary in intensity and structure, content and process. A programme is created, studied and followed so the student has the ability to teach, guide and gift people a practice, the practice of yoga. Yet when the training is done and the student has travelled home there can be questions that arise as the life and path of a yoga teacher unravels and deepens.
I believe that the need for post-training support is now more desired, requested and needed than ever. This support can cover a huge range and variety of questions and conversations from being financially savvy, how to create social media with authenticity to working with a challenging student or studio and structuring a successful, supportive and productive week.
Knowing and believing this has led me to offer mentoring on both an individual and group basis.
Investing in this programme is investing in you, your future self and the health and wellbeing of you and your business.
