Rest & Restore – A practice for Now

Summertime is a wonderful time, longer days, lighter evenings, school holidays, holidays away, friends over and family staying. A time for going out before seasons change and we the weather encourages us to stay in.

Join me on Friday 22nd July for a rest-ful practice. As a person in, approaching or post-menopause taking the opportunity to rest allows energy stores to stay topped up at this busy time of year.

A few symptoms of menopause can be higher levels of fatigue, lower tolerance to late nights and lower tolerance to many things in life such as alcohol, sugar and days filled with entertaining little ones as they take a break from school.

Rest and reducing stress helps immensely in all phases of menopause, even if you are not quite there in either phase or unsure, this practice is an opportunity to step away from the many demands on our energy (as beautiful as they are!) and into 90 minutes of gentle movement, restorative shapes and relaxation.

Suitable for ALL women whether in, approaching or post menopause. Come along and take a moment to breathe, rest and restore.
