Facing Fatigue: Yoga & the Menopause

Are you a women in, approaching or post menopause?

Have you noticed the external stressors of life seem to elevate fatigue quicker than they used to or that internal stressors lead to depletion a bit quicker?

How would it feel to learn about how fatigue can be managed through support such as a yoga practice, deep rest sessions, breathing techniques and other aspects of daily living such as what we eat and how we manage our daily lives.

This session is designed to work for you if you are fatigued or feel that it is a little harder to maintain the flow of life you are used to. It is also helpful to attend so you can learn about how to approach or manage the menopause whatever stage you are in and even if you are not tired.

A wonderful session to attend by yourself or bring your friends!
