A yoga practice for calming the nervous system to manage anxiety, fatigue, brain fog and feeling overwhelmed.

Calming the Mind – A Practice for Menopause is created specifically for women who are on their menopause journey and open to all women to attend even if you are not there yet. Perimenopausal, menopause or postmenopause whichever stage you are in you are welcome. You may not know and this is an ideal practice for you too.

Do you experience brain fog, anxiety and have a sense of overwhelm at the smallest things?
Are you curious about a yoga practice tailored for the journey of menopause?

Then come along to this Em Yoga For Menopause workshop! This session will include an opportunity to share experiences of menopause and listen to others, there will be movement/yoga shapes, breath work, meditation and plenty of rest with an invitation to completely relax and calm the mind and balance the energy of the body.
