A yoga practice designed with the Menopause for Yoga Method to manage hot flushes, which are a common symptom of menopause, especially perimenopause. The practice includes breath techniques that can be applied also in the workplace that may help when a hot flush arrives. There is a slow movement designed specifically to create coolness in the body and restorative postures too.
It will be helpful to have a yoga mat, two blankets/large towels, a bolster or two pillows, yoga blocks/something similar and a yoga belt/scarf.
