This is the fifth video in this series designed to help you get started with a yoga practice. The twenty minute session introduces and repeats the postures called Warrior 1, lunge plus linking downward facing dog, childs pose and lunge together. No equipment is needed however a blanket on the mat for the knees can be a great addition.
