A practice for peace

A practice for kindness. We start by honouring our practice and noting that we can practice for happiness and peace in the world. The session includes the mantra below.

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu

May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.

Optional Journal Prompts:

Journaling after the class is an excellent way of completing the session.  Take time to note what items would you put in the pot to create a day or month of your dreams?
