Looking for a way to build in rest, recovery and relaxation into your training? A rest session is as important as any session in your training programme and work such as this allows both the mind and body to take a moment to rebalance from all the efforts of a full and active life.

This time is for movement, rest and will include tips and techniques for working with the mind.

Yoga is an excellent recovery activity for runners, it can relieve soreness and tension in the hardworking run muscles and helps establish and refresh the range of motion so you can continue to run with a healthy mind and body.

Start your week strong by allowing the body to recover from your running, walking and being active. Non runners welcome!
