Then head along to our next Yoga for Menopause practice!.

This time is created for you to step away from the demands of life from work to caring for others to that next social media post!  It is known that stress can elevate the symptoms of menopause and this session will look at reducing stress and anxiety.

– time for discussion about the menopause. Sometimes simply talking to someone can reduce our stress levels.

– movement including yoga shapes that focus the mind and inspire a sense of calm energy.

– breathwork, easy to remember techniques that you can take out and about with you.

– rest because, well, you deserve it!
