Beginners, Ep. 2 (Getting Started In Yoga)

Welcome to your yoga practice! This is the second video in this series designed to help you get started with a yoga practice. The twenty minute session involves looking at three yoga poses – childs pose, downward facing dog pose and bridge pose.

No equipment is needed however these poses are also offered with the use of a blanket and yoga block. In addition to helping you get started with a yoga practice it is also a helpful reminder on how to modify the yoga poses with the use of props.
