What to bring
If yoga is being provided in your workplace you will need to have a mat, I can advise on the best places to buy these – it will become your friend!
Wear comfortable clothing, leggings, sports bra and t-shirt/vest for ladies and shorts/jogging pants and a t-shirt for men. It is good to bring a top to put on for relaxation and socks during chilly months.
Food & Drink
Come to class well hydrated and please try not to eat too much beforehand. A light snack, perhaps a banana or biscuit and bring water to sip if needed.
Arriving for your class
It’s helpful to arrive about 10 minutes before class to give yourself time to get settled. Arrivals any later than 15 minutes won’t have access to the class. If you need to sneak in please do it mindfully.
Please tell em Yoga…
A health form will need to be completed but please see Em at the beginning of class if there are any additional injuries, health issues or life happenings that may affect your yoga. If it is a sensitive matter please arrive early or call to let Em know.
Yoga is there to provide us with space in our lives and bodies, to allow us to relax deeply and have fun! Please work within your own limitations, remember yoga is non-competitive just bring yourself and an open heart and yoga will do the rest!
