I love Sundays and especially when they start with yoga! A 10am start gives you the chance for a lie in or a morning walk and then its a good Sunday stretch!
We will spend time moving through a vinyasa flow, sometimes spending time working on a specific posture and often time for meditation, breath work and of course rest!
Once booking is received I will send the zoom link to you! Please bring any yoga props you have and I look forward to seeing you at class!
