Sundays are a wonderful day when we can roll out our yoga mat for a 2.5 hour practice! This time is designed for you and includes meditation, guided breath work, yoga postures and a long relaxation.

The practice is designed for you and for all levels – you can come along and do the whole practice or parts of it! Each month we work on a different posture or aspect of the practice of yoga. After the practice you will leave feeling rested and restored and ready for your Sunday afternoon and the week ahead!
