Staying YIN ~ a practice for now.

Back by popular demand an online version of ‘Mash it up, Mash it Yin’! Created to let our bodies rest this practice is suitable for all levels – breath work, gentle movement, yin postures. These yin postures can also slide towards restorative depending on how you feel that day.
What to bring – you, your mat (if you have one), bolster or two large towels/blankets, 2 x yoga blocks, eye pillow (if you have one).
You are welcome to have your camera off for this (and all online practice’s).
