Move, Breathe, Connect – A Yoga Practice For You

May 2nd ~ 1pm to 3pm.
Move, Breathe, Connect ~ a two hour practice designed for you and delivered via Zoom/Online.
It will include space to breathe, time to move and the opportunity to connect with each other and our yoga practice.
Bring yourself, a mat, props (if you don’t have them let me know) and lets enjoy an afternoon of yoga.
