Finding Freedom in your practice.
Join me for an extended session where we will look at creating freedom, finding freedom and understanding freedom of the body and mind within our yoga practice both on and off the mat.
The practice will include optional journalling/contemplation, movement and rest.
Open to all. Once booking is received you will be sent a zoom link. Please bring along props if you have them – 2 blocks, a yoga strap, blanket (or something similar). Any questions please message me
