This class is gentle in nature, designed to ease our bodies from WFH and soothe the mind from dealing with the current landscape we live in. If we can’t go out then lets stay YIN!
Please note there will be yoga poses and rest in all classes.
Once booking is received then the zoom link will be sent to you. Please bring a blanket and props/couple of cushions. You can have your camera on or off, whichever feels best for you.
