Join me to look at how planning, reflection and repetition can create an aligned structure for our day and clarity within our lives. We will do this through our yoga practice, listening to talks and using the gifts in the wellness goody box. This is an opportunity to take time for yourself and find the joy in planning all that you wish to see, be and do.

Guest Speaker: Introduction to Human Design, with Marina Oswald: In this workshop you’ll be introduced to the basics of Human Design, and importantly how you can use the information. You will come away from this session with a deeper understanding of how your energy works, what type of rest is important to your specific Human Design ‘type’ and how to make the most of your energy.

Marina Oswald is a coach and spiritual mentor. Her approach combines the practical (solutions-focused coaching) and the spiritual (soul-aligned intuition and energy work), with her experience of the Akashic Records, Human Design, Tarot and Astrology. Marina‘s mission is to guide people to connect to who they are, what it is they truly want in life and how they can make it their reality.

Proposed Schedule:

Monday 6.30pm – 7.30pm: Welcome Talk

Tuesday: 7.30pm – 8.30pm: Plan, Reflect, Repeat

Wednesday: 8.30pm Rest + Reflect (Restorative Yoga + Journal Prompts)

Thursday 7pm – 8.30pm: Talk with Guest Speaker, Marina Oswald (will include Q&A)

Friday: Movement + Meditation, this session is prerecorded and uploaded for you to practice anytime.

Saturday: Integration + Bonus Content Day Sunday 7PM – 8PM: Closing Talk + Discussion
